A graduate of St George’s University School of Medicine, Grenada., Dr. Soode completed his Family medicine residency at St Joseph’s Regional Medical Center in New Jersey, an affiliate of Mount Sinai School of Medicine of New York University. He is a Board-certified in Family Medicine and a Fellow with the Ameri- can Board of Family Physicians.

In addition to his academic duties, he current- ly does his clinical work as a primary care phy- sician at Johns Hopkins Community Physicians and prior to this, he was affiliated University of Maryland Community Medical Group.

Prior to joining AAIMS, Dr. Saade was Assistant Dean of Clinical Clerkships at Trinity School of Medicine, St Vincent and as a consultant for Lecturio, a leading e-learning medical
education platform for content improve- ment assisting in integrating the platform with various international medical schools.

His aspiration in exerting leadership skills started early in his medical education when he held the position of chief resident in his family medicine residency program and later he continued in the role of Vice President of Clinical Affairs with a medical education company in USA leading to the development and implementation of various clerkships at multiple teaching hospitals and clinics in more than 8 different states.

Dr Saade further developed various USMLE review and Road to Residency workshops for international medical students and graduates for many international medical schools.
