Mrs. Reid holds a Bachelor of Science (Hons.) degree in Chemical Engineering and a Masters of Business Administration (Finance), both from the University of the West Indies. Prior to joining AAIMS as Registrar in March 2020, she worked Petrojam oil refinery in Jamaica for approximately 30 years first as a refinery Process Engineering specialist, then as a member of the senior management team as Manager of the Strategic Planning and Business Support department.

At AAIMS, Mrs. Reid has sought to bring her wealth of analytical, management and organizational experience to support and streamline the administrative functions of the institution. She is passionate about maintaining professional excellence and upholding the core values of the institution. She is a member of the Anglican Church, and a member the CoRe Community of Reconciliation, an ecumenical Christian organization. She enjoys beekeeping, socializing with friends, and is a member of two book clubs. She is married and has one son.
