Mrs Kadien McKenzie is a seasoned professional with over 20 years experience in administration , leadership and education. She currently serves as Corporate Secretary and Director of Administration and Human Resources for both All American Institute of Medical Sciences and its subsidiary, AAIMS Alliance Health Division (AAIMS AHD). Additionally, she is the Principal/Operations Manager for AAIMS AHD. In these roles, she oversees corporate governance, and administrative operations, contributing to the operations mission of providing exemplary medical education. Her responsibilities include but are not limited to managing and ensuring efficient administrative support across various departments.

In 2016, Mrs McKenzie, then the Operations Manager of AAIMS, attended the National Day Reception at the High Commission of India in Kingston. This event celebrated India’s national day and was hosted by High Commissioner Shri M. Savala Naik and Smt. Sunitha Naik. Her participation in such events underscores her active engagement in fostering international relations and cultural exchange. Mrs. McKenzie’s role at AAIMS is pivotal in maintaining the institution’s standard of excellence in medical education and administration.

Mrs. McKenzie holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources and a Bachelors of Laws (LLB). She is currently pursuing her Certificate of Legal Education (CLE) at the Norman Manley Law School. Her academic achievements also include a post graduate Diploma in Education and Training reflecting her diverse skill set and dedication to professional growth. In addition to her professional roles Kadien McKenzie is a Justice of the Peace for Kingston, Jamaica actively contributing to her community by promoting justice and fairness. Her career and academic pursuits demonstrate a steadfast commitment to leadership, education and service.
