Black River is a historic town, situated on the Southern Coast of Jamaica, with quaint and scenic geography. The sea coast of the town is lined with historic buildings from colonial times. Many activities including the world-famous Negril beach, beautiful Blue Fields beach can be reached in a one-hour drive. Treasure Beach has a vibe with international cuisine is another attraction, YS Falls are beautiful year-round. Mountains are also near-by for those with hiking passion. Black River celebrates an annual festival called Black River Day in a massive way with lot of fun activities and food. Annual Flower show is also well known and a good attraction for those with botanical interests. Black River itself derives its name from a large river near-by. Many tourists take a boat ride to see the natural beauty of the river and also possible sightings of local crocodiles.

The safety and security of our students are taken very seriously. All classroom buildings have electronic access control swipe card systems and are well-equipped with the necessary fire detection equipment. In addition, the school has a dedicated 24/7 security team guarding the campus as well as onsite cameras connected to the observatory room with electronic security systems. All students and staff are provided with a school ID card to be used on entering and exiting the premises.
